In recent years Soma Fabrications have been releasing some awesome products, keeping both up to date with styles and trends, but staying true to their self written philosophy.
‘Making bikes for the every cyclist, not the ordinary cyclist, but the cyclist that uses their bike everyday for everything.’
With this in mind they created a new beast to tame. The wolverine is a dirt inspired touring style bike, original designed for the adventurous off road rider, this bike has ended up much like their philosophy says ‘They need stuff that is versatile, tough, long-lasting, priced reasonably and makes their lifestyle a little better.’ It pretty much has every braze on and little bit you could imagine, including the versatile Paragon Sliding Dropouts. You can run it as a single speed dirt machine, a long distance hub geared or derailleur-tourer or a fully mudguard wrapped – commuting beast! It is without a doubt one of the raddest bikes of 2015.
They also make a heap of useful accessories. We love the stainless Porteur front rack, designed to be mounted off the axle and attached from the fork crown, these racks can carry your daily essentials and would make a great addition to any town bike. Designed to be practical and still looks the business.
Most Soma products are available now, however the Wolverine is not available till Mid Feb 2015, we have had some friends testing them out and we have heard nothing but great things about them.
